Add rice-washing water to tofu and blend together.

Slice the pork and wash the kimchi in water to remove seasoning, then cut into 3Γ—3cm pieces.

Stir-fry the pork and kimchi together in a pot. Add the strained doenjang, the blended tofu, red pepper flakes, cheongyang and red chili peppers, and boil. Add green onion to finish.
