Remove the abalone from the shell using a spoon, scrub with salt, and wash thoroughly.
Blanch and mince the spinach. Peel the shrimp and mince together with the abalone and seaweed.
Mix the ingredients well and stuff them back into the abalone shells.
When the steamer is ready, place the stuffed abalone shells inside and steam for about 10 minutes.
Combine low-sodium soy sauce, lemon, sugar, and minced garlic, simmer briefly to make a sauce.
Dissolve starch in the soy sauce to adjust consistency. Brush the sauce over the steamed abalone several times and garnish with edible flowers.
