Cut the carrot, onion, and celery into roughly 2cm cubes.

Very finely julienne the lemon peel.

Cut the beef into roughly 3cm cubes and sprinkle with white pepper.

Crush the canned whole tomatoes and stir-fry.

Melt butter in a pan, start by stir-frying the beef, then add the vegetables and stir-fry. Start with the thicker vegetables so they cook at the same rate as the meat.

Finally, add the crushed whole tomatoes, season with glasswort salt, and top with lemon peel to finish.
