Cut the zucchini into half-moon shapes.

Lightly salt the sliced zucchini to draw out moisture, then drain.

Julienne the onion, quarter the green onion, and diagonally slice the red chili to naturally remove seeds.

Add perilla oil to a pan and sautรฉ the garlic first.

Add dried shrimp to the pan and stir-fry.

When the dried shrimp are cooked, add the zucchini and stir-fry. Add onion and green onion, sprinkle in perilla seed powder while stir-frying, and finally add the red chili and stir-fry once more to finish.
